Petals In The Snow
As the chill of winter weighs heavy on this burdened
heart ... I have succumbed to those moments when
your presence lingers with me ... when I'm able to
rest in the serenity of your whispers and the comfort
of your embrace; I surrendered my heart under the
breath of a summer sky so long ago ... and even
now when all that remains are crimson petals
cast upon a blanket of snow ...
it's still yours
Though you're gone I can never release sweet
memories that remain etched in my soul so
devotedly ... it's your breath I feel when I lie
in bed at night ... it's your warmth that delivers
me from night chills that would otherwise freeze
forever any thoughts of happiness; I cannot be
sad when I sense you near ... I am numb to
death's icy tendrils and brush them off like
unwanted snowflakes upon my heart ...
it's ever you I seek
My eternal love you have ... a devotion that
time nor distance can ever diminish ... immortal
sentiments that will draw me close to you should
the days rest heavy and my spirit grow weary;
hush me in the realm of your wings and carry me
gently in those moments when I reach for you ...
when I long to be held and my soul aches
for your touch
Never will I believe you're truly gone from me; I

I'm just trying to breathe right now, but it feels difficult to do so. There's some type of blockage in my lungs that's not allowing me to breathe properly. I can feel it hurting me right now, but it's hard to explain.
I'll probably check into the hospital or emergency room in the next few hours. I hope your weekend goes a lot better than mine.
I wish I could tough this out and forget about it, but I'm at the mercy of this uncomfortable feeling. I hate to appear weak and afraid, but I must go get medical attention right now.
It's nearing 6:30 p.m. on a Friday Night here in Houston, Texas and I'm about to go check into the emergency room. I hate my life right now. Hopefully you'll see me back on Yuku later tomorrow or Sunday. If not, well... What I'm feeling right now must be worst than I want to believe it is.
